The organization especially , especially our school , usually gathered information like our grades , attendances, projects , and feedback from teachers and student .They also share important announcements , learning materials , and even  motivational message through social media or online platforms.

     2. The organization collects : students record like grades and attendance , Personal information for documentation , Survey result and feed back from students , teacher , and parents , Lesson content like modules , quizzes and lecture , Media content like picture and videos form events , Research outputs done by student or teachers.

      3. Some of the main data gatherers are: Teachers and advisers who track our progress , The school admin who organize all students record , Educational institution like DepEd or CHED who monitors schools nationwide , Digital platform we use like Google classroom , Zoom , or even Messenger , sometimes outside organization ( like researchers or NGOs ) collects data for studies involving students and school.
